Restaurants

Restaurants need strong systems to capture data about consumers, vendors, employees and other key stakeholders. As a food and beverage retailer gathers the critical data they can change programs, introduce incentives and modify menu items. The feedback loop and ability to mine customer data is critical to the success of food and beverage retailers. In addition, purchasing of ingredients, supply chain management and accurate financials affect the ability of food and beverage retailers to perform.

In addition, restaurants need to properly integrate their Point-of-Sale (POS) systems with their back-office accounting software.  This ensures that restaurant workers are working exclusively in the POS system while still providing the accounting and finance team the information they need.
