Logan Consulting was founded by Guy Logan in 1992 to provide ERP consulting services to manufacturing companies. The original mission, which continues to this day, focuses on providing the highest quality consulting services and value to clients. To achieve this mission, Logan Consulting brought together a core group of talented people to develop a potent methodology for managing complex technology projects.
Logan Consulting leveraged the combined skills and experiences of this talented core group to develop a business process-focused methodology, powerful easy-to-use tools, and an extensive project knowledge base. Logan Consulting has incorporated the positive attributes and best practices learned through Big-5 consulting firm and industry experiences. Just as importantly, the Firm has eliminated the non-value aspects associated with bloated methodologies and bureaucratic project structures to drive project success for our clients.
Throughout its history, Logan Consulting has worked with nearly all major ERP players, including SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, QAD and Microsoft. We believe a business process-driven methodology applies to all ERP projects, and we’ve found our project management principles apply equally well to all engagements, regardless of the underlying ERP package. In addition, the Firm has managed complex custom application projects across many different industries, again utilizing our custom development methodology, project management principles and powerful tools.
